Here is an update on the progress of Owens-Brockway finally cleaning up their act. The air in Sumner, Cully, and Parkrose should show a significant improvement. The last column on the right of the table below shows very significant reductions in pollutants, and the SO2 reductions, in particular, will reduce a pervasive stench (matchstick smell) that pervades Cully.
